These are the top scholarship programs that you must check out in 2020

  1. Australia Awards Scholarships, formerly known as Australia Development Scholarships (ADS) are renowned international awards offered by the Australian Government. The scholarship is meant to help provide financial assistance to students from developing countries to undertake full-time undergraduate or postgraduate study at participating Australian universities and Technical and Further Education (TAFE) institutions. Applications for Australia Awards Scholarships commencing in 2021 will close on 30 June 2020.


  1. Women Techmakers Scholars Program, formerly known as the Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship Program - is striving to create gender equality in the field of computer science by encouraging women to excel in computing and technology and become active leaders and role models in the field. A group of female undergraduate students (year 1 and year 2 only) will be chosen from the applicant pool, and scholarships will be awarded based on the strength of each candidate's passion for technology, demonstrated leadership and academic background. The Women Techmakers Scholars Program will only be open for year 1 and year 2 undergraduate students in the year 2020.


  1. Sashakt Scholarship is a scholarship program with a one-of-a-kind initiative to encourage promising young women across India to prepare for and pursue a career in science. The last date for application submission with admission offer will be - 15th August 2020.


  1. R D Sethna Scholarship Fund awards only loan scholarships to students who are citizens of India, regardless of community, caste, or creed. These Loan scholarships are granted to enable students to undertake scientific, technical, industrial, or commercial studies in India and overseas on the condition that they are repayable with interest in terms of the agreement and other documents required to be entered into and executed by applicants and their male guarantors. For overseas studies, the last date for receiving applications is 31 May whereas for local studies the last date is 31st August each year.

  1. Vidyasaarathi Scholarship is a scholarship program for students undertaking Under Graduate Course, ITI, B.E./B.Tech, Diploma. This scholarship program is meant for students pursuing any graduation course like Bachelor of Science, Commerce, Arts, or other similar courses. This scholarship is only for students who are residing near the ACC Plant located across Pan India. This scholarship is not applicable to the employees of the ACC or their children.

This scholarship program is designed to help those students who cannot afford quality education. The primary motive of the NSDL Shiksha Sahyog scholarships is to encourage students to counter their financial constraints and pursue academic excellence and career opportunities. The applications for the scholarship program is valid upto 30/04/2020.
